Imagine your event in the heart of the boreal forest of Prince Albert National Park. The Hawood Inn, overlooking beautiful Waskesiu Lake offers just the solution for a destination style meeting or social event, with three event spaces accommodating groups of up to 120 delegates.

The lobby boardroom provides a stunning view, and comfortably seats 12 persons.  

The Spruce River Room has natural light and is ideal for groups of up to 60 persons at round tables.  

The rustically beautiful Kingsmere Hall, with field stone fireplace and soaring ceiling height, is perfect for weddings, banquets or larger meetings up to 100 persons.

With 33 guest rooms and 7 suites the Hawood Inn can easily accommodate your delegates or guests.  We can offer options for off-site accommodation as well.

The Hawood catering team is ready to help plan the perfect event. Our catering team specializes in personalized, home-style menus featuring locally sourced Saskatchewan ingredients. From rooftop dinners to large receptions, we make every event memorable.

Private dinners may be arranged in the Hawood Inn Restaurant and Lounge, one of our larger suites, or on our rooftop deck.

We’re proud to be Waskesiu’s go-to off-site caterer, trusted by locals and organizations for hundreds of events at the Community Centre and Recreation Hall.

During summer, enhance your retreat with golf, boat tours, tennis, hiking, or shopping around Waskesiu.
